Secure Messaging
The Messaging Gateway enables secure text messaging for IP-DECT and Wi-Fi systems. The service allows cordless devices to send text messages to each other or to a customer’s application. In addition, the NetPage service permits authorized users to send text messages from a web page directly to cordless devices.

Protect Lone and Vulnerable Workers
Alert messages can be generated from the Mitel devices or from a customer application via Messaging Gateway to inform the company about critical events. Important messages can be sent to the individual or to groups of users. The system tracks both delivery and acknowledgment of the alarm messages to ensure that recipients have understood the critical event.
