Collaboration between Hotelbeds and Mitel goes back to 2006. The company’s growth was being held back by telephone equipment that had become obsolete due to prohibitive operation costs and lack of scalability. 

Hotelbeds needed to find an alternative solution to stand out in a competitive market and sought help from Barquiel & Hurtado, Hotelbeds' IT services collaborator and Mitel partner in the Balearic Islands. They proposed replacing the outdated PBX system with MiVoice Business and deploying MiContact Center to improve the customer experience.
