It was a fantastic day in Baltimore! Seeing Mitel technology in action and real-time feedback from existing and future users was a powerful reminder of how much the Mitel User Group (MUG) matters—it truly makes a difference. Seeing the passion, curiosity, and collaboration from our customers, consultants, and technology allies reaffirmed for me this community's unique value and future potential.

There was especially strong interest in Mitel’s Customer Experience (Mitel CX), Workflow Studio, and our integration capabilities with Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Participants drew for demos of each and insightful discussions on how these innovations are helping organizations streamline operations and improve responsiveness. These are top-of-mind for many customers, and Mitel is well-positioned to help them lead.
We were proud to showcase our incredible technical bench, with Sid Rice and Blair Wisner leading compelling, hands-on demonstrations that brought our solutions to life. Jonathan Buckle (JB), Luiz Domingos, and Dan Nemechek added depth and direction with their strategic insights, purposeful innovation, and roadmaps across unified communications (UC), hybrid, AI, and mobility.
The day was also enriched by strong support from our technology partners, including Michael Broderick from ASC and Brian Olsen from Brightmetrics, who highlighted how their solutions and delivered demos to complement and extend the Mitel ecosystem. Their real-world use cases and integrations provided tangible value to attendees and reinforced the power of working together to solve complex challenges.
A highlight for me was the consultant session with Rick Hathaway. It was great to chat with such an industry expert and share a value-packed conversation, including eye-opening insights, clarity on evolving UC trends, and actionable insights on confidently navigating the changing landscape of choosing and implementing technology.
Thanks to our local hosts, the historic Baltimore City War Memorial, the City of Baltimore, and everyone who made the event possible. Of course, the evening reception at the Hard Rock Café in the picturesque Baltimore Inner Harbor provided the perfect close—casual, fun, and filled with great conversations.
It was great to see the power of MUG in action: a space where real connections are made, ideas are exchanged, and forward momentum is built. We're grateful for those who attended and excited about what’s next.
