Identify Failed Registrations for SIP User-agents

To identify attempts using invalid users:

  1. On the MiVoice Border Gateway main page, click the Security tab and click SIP User-agent filtering.
  2. In the page that opens, under SIP User-agents of failed registrations, the Attempts using invalid users field displays the invalid users trying to get access.

To identify attempts using invalid passwords for a known user:

  1. On the MiVoice Border Gateway main page, click the Security tab and click SIP User-agent filtering.
  2. In the page that opens, under SIP User-agents of failed registrations, the Attempts using invalid passwords for a known user field displays the users that have forgotten their passwords.
