To enable or disable the Additional Database Fields feature

  1. Select Tools from the Main Menu.

  2. Then click Directory Administration, then Configuration.

  3. Select or clear the check box beside Use the Additional Database Fields feature.

  4. Click Apply or OK.

You may disable the ADF feature if the Directory data has become corrupt or if the files are on a shared server that has become unavailable. You can disable the ADF feature until the problem is corrected.
