Database Error Messages

The following messages can be displayed when validating the database connection to the MiVoice Business Console.

Messages	Description
Database Server is connected	Console is able to connect to the Postgres Database Server.
Database User Password is invalid	Entered password mis-match with actual password.
Database Server is not reachable.	There is no network connectivity between the Server System and the operator system.
Database Server is not running.	Server System is accessible but the Postgres Database Server is not running on the operator system.
